1. Free preview

Every project starts with a free, watermarked preview of about 15 seconds. You're under no obligation to continue. Previews may not be published or used without the watermark.

2. Payment

• We agree the concept, shots and price in writing before starting.
• A 50% deposit is due to start the work. The deposit is not refundable once production has begun.
• The remaining 50% is due before final delivery. Final files are sent without watermark after full payment.
• Prices are in euros as listed on the site, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Revisions

One revision round is included. It covers re-making specific shots, not changing the whole concept. Extra rounds are €20 each.

4. Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the final video and can use it anywhere. Until then, all rights stay with Nightglass Studio. You confirm you have the rights to any music, logos or material you send us.

5. Portfolio use

We may show the finished work in our portfolio and on social media, unless you ask us not to in writing before delivery.

6. AI content

Our work is made with AI image and video tools plus professional editing. We tell you what is AI-generated. AI tools can produce imperfections, which is what the revision round is for. Some platforms ask you to label AI content when you post it; that is your responsibility as the publisher.

7. Automation services

Automation projects are scoped and quoted individually. The setup fee and monthly fee are agreed in writing before work starts.
