Privacy notice

Who we are

Nightglass Studio is a one-person studio based in the Netherlands. For anything about your data, email [EMAIL].

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive:

• your name and email address,
• your Instagram handle or website, if you add it,
• what you need and the link to your song or business, if you add it,
• your message.

If you message us on Instagram, WhatsApp or email, or book a call through Cal.com, we receive what you send us there.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, make your free preview, and, if you become a client, to deliver and invoice the work. The legal basis is your request to us (steps before a contract) and, for clients, the contract itself.

Who else sees it

We never sell your data. A few services process it for us:

• Cloudflare hosts this website and handles the technical traffic needed to show it to you.
• Formspree receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
• Cal.com handles call bookings.
• YouTube or Vimeo, only when you press play on a portfolio video. Nothing loads from them before that.
• Meta (the Meta Pixel), only if you accept cookies. See below.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

The site works without cookies. If we run ads, we use the Meta Pixel to measure them. It sets cookies and sends information about your visit to Meta, so it only loads after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. You can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. Your choice itself is stored in your browser.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records and invoices are kept for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email[EMAIL] and we'll handle it within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
